I’m with hamernale ale on this one. That’s the one thing about cycling that’s different from any other sport is the ability for fans to get real close and have a mental impact on the energy levels of a rider. Some of those costumes are off the hook. I would welcome that as a possible option to select. Especially on leith hillnor the radio tower climb.

This would be a fun extra to drop in on public holidays, April Fools Day etc. - or, as suggested, an option that could be toggled on/off. I’d like to see it from time to time, but not sure I’d want it 24/7!
