Can't chat, no reply to email beside their survey... WHAT IS GOING ON

THIS IS FOR ZWIFT… NOT SURE IF THEY WILL READ THIS, I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE.

Situation: I’ve had zwift almost 2 years. Used it for some ride and mostly the zwift races. My trainer broke and I was riding outside more due to the weather, so didn’t fix or get a new trainer.

I continued paying even through the price hike (yes, that’s on me and I was ok with it. I procrastinated on the new trainer).

Now I have the new trainer and want to do some races. Well the only category is “E” on 95% of the races and “A” on the other 5%. Well i don’t mind racing in “A”, but i am not “A”, so I would get dropped. “E” is not a race category. I’m really frustrated that they haven’t fixed the issue, I just spent money on a new trainer to race on Zwift, I can go ride outside. Let alone I continued to pay for the subscription. What is funny is, I can sign up for another account & race in “C” & “D” as a new Zwift rider. They have me as group “A” now and i can’t even race. I am not “A”. I’ll take “D”, but I am a “C” or a slow “B” like I was before the trainer broke.

Anyway, I really hope Zwift reads this or fixes it. It doesn’t make sense that I can only ride “E” with wins and top finishes in “C” but if I use another email to sign up I can race them…ate

I think you just need to do some riding (not even races) so that Zwift has some recent data with which to correctly categorise you.

That is odd. I know they state you have to do some riding to get a category or you are limited to A or E i think.

But i agree i have a number of trial accounts that have done zero miles but yet they can enter any cat.

I’d suggest doing a couple social rides and check if you can then enter other cats
