Due to my current COVID infection I won’t be able to continue my Build me up program for 2-4 weeks. It would be nice to have the possibility to pause this program OR to stop it and to start a Post COVID training program which is less intense (heart rate…). That would be a nice add on for Zwift …

Can I pause my training program due to COVID or is there a Post COVID training program?
