So for a 30 min work out zwift shows for me 416 calories burned. Wahoo app shows 518. Curious which one is accurate. Does zwift use your current weight or just a generic formula. Both show same hr, so I know it’s not reading differently.
Neither or both, depending on your definition of “accurate”. Assumptions are made for calorie calculation with any app, and it sounds like ours are more conservative than Wahoo’s. If you up a garmin I bet it’ll give you a 3rd answer.
It’s just meant to be an approximation of your calories burned. You can treat yourself to a small dessert tonight.
