We are excited to announce the Black Celebration Series! A 5-week long series that aims to amplify the voices of Black communities on Zwift and give them an opportunity to share their stories with the entire Zwift community!
These community group rides will be social experiences including scripted interviews that will appear on your screen during each ride. The purpose of these interviews is to learn more about each featured group from their leaders. Please be sure to check out the event calendar HERE for details about when rides will be taking place, along with event details such as routes, duration, and which group will be highlighted each week. We will also have a handful of run events throughout the month!
This year, we will be featuring the following clubs and organizations in this series:
- The Black Foxes
- Thee Abundance Project
- Black Watts Cycling Club
- Black Girls Do Bike
- KRT/QRT (Kings Rule Together / Queens Rule Together)
- Lunsar Cycling Team
Additionally, by completing any group ride, you will unlock the exclusive BCS Kit and the exclusive BCS Run Shirt, by completing any group run. Please note, this is the same kit as last year so if you had previously unlocked it, you can not unlock it again. You will also be able to unlock the Black Girls Do Bike and KRT/QRT (Kings Rule Together / Queens Rule Together) club kits by completing any of their rides only during the week they are featured in the series.
