Anyone have recommendations on a good bike seat that would alleviate numbness? Appreciate the input.
Saddle width is the most important part, more than style, cushioning, etc. You want the center of each lobe of the saddle to be right under your sit bones.
There’s an easy way to measure using aluminum foil, I’ll dig that up and cut/paste here. But you measure that, and then compare to saddles to see how wide you need to go.
Once you get the right width, you likely won’t want a ton of padding either. It can cause more problems by getting pushed up into soft tissue areas.

Also look at the saddle height, angle and the position forward/backwards.
When I had similar problems on my road bike (Cervelo S5 2020) it was solved by a wider saddle and moving the saddle slightly forward and a bit lower.
Because the V stem was fixed, that was the limit of what could be done. The aim was to reduce excessive pressure points and spread the remaining pressure over a wider area. from the above photo, the saddle was changed to a 155mm Specialized Power - moved down a bit and forward.
I also had extra shims put on my left shoe to address a big imbalance between my left/right leg length, the result of a 2022 crash and surgery.
The whole problem is a balance of many things.
