A fan and trainer-specific towel are good ideas. (there’s a reason “trainer-towels” are long and skinny - they drape over handlebars without sliding off like a bath or face towel)
The Companion App on a smartphone is super useful in game - run that on a smartphone and have some kind of phone holder on your handlebars for ease of access.
