I’m visually impaired and the mobile apps are nearly impossible for me to use, so I have to stick with the Mac app and browsers. How can I search for and add friends to my feed without using a mobile device?

Thanks for bringing this query to our attention! Jose here from Zwift.
I understand you want to know how can search for and add friends to your feed without using a mobile device.
The only way is to use the Zwift Companion app and search by name. (Note that the Companion app is separate from Zwift itself.) In the game, after you complete a group event like a ride, race, or workout, you can also click the Plus sign to the right of the rider’s name to follow them.

I believe if you wish to search for a Zwifter you need to use the Zwift Companion App as mentioned above. Hopefully you have downloaded the ZCA to a device with the largest screen available to you.
However if these friends are people you are already following or they are following you then you can use your Zwift.com login and manage your followers so that they become your favourites and appear on your activity feed.
