About the Power Up Cycling Podcast category

Coaches Kevin Poulton, Matt Rowe, and Greg Henderson bring decades of pro racing experience and talk training, nutrition, racing dynamics, and everything else under the saddle. Listen in and come away stronger and faster for any road you take on.

Greg mentiones about standing whilst climbing, with some bodyweight on hands /schouders. I thought one had to put all weight on the legs.
In the 200W ish range this is almost impossible, as power goes up quickly! But not sustainable!
Do I understand correctly? And it’s ok technique to put weight on hands to allow longer standing efforts?
