2021 iPad Pro black screen

I’ve got a new 2021 iPad Pro 12.9 today, all software updates applied, and the 3d zwift graphics are all black, both on the title screen and in game. 2d elements, menus etc are displaying fine, I can watch other riders, choose options etc, but the main part of the view remains black. Restarting and rebooting don’t help. My zwift account on other iPads works fine.
