Challenge completed, got the usual completed challenge email from strava, no unlock link.

To be clear - Strava is the one sending emails when you’ve completed the entire challenge, not Zwift.

Are you saying @Xavier_Neys that the Strava email did not have a link for your unlock? If that’s the case - you need to contact Strava.
