12 Beginner Training Wk1 Day3 - Single Leg Exercises


Have done day 3 exercise of 12 beginner training today.  The on screen instructions for single leg exercises are both on the screen at the same time ie “Right Leg Only” overlaps “Left Leg Only”, so you can’t see which leg you’re on.
