Heh… 3 tier system sounds similar but different I assume these will be standardized, and that community organizers will also be expected to have to choose one of these options, or go custom? I don’t know why Category 1 vs 2 aren’t more markedly different, where 1’s top end could have ended a good bit lower, while category2 could have started at some higher value instead of 0.
