Zwift companion ride ons from home screen, never worked

On the home screen I can see at the bottom the three latest activities. When I try to send a ride on to those zwifting I get an error and that it has not been sent.
If I go into the activities when someone zwifting, ride ons works.
I have Sony Z5 compact if it matters

I have the same issue, you have to go into every rider’s profile to give them a ride on. It use to work 2 updates ago.

Hey all, this issue should be fixed in the latest ZC update. Let us know if that’s not the case or there’s another issue present!
