Zwift Companion Release: July 19 (2.3.2 iOS, Android)

Hi Zwifters! We released the new Zwift Companion app (ZC) 2.3.2 for iOS and Android.

Here’s the official release notes:

We’ve listened to your feedback and have some updates for Workout Mode and Training Plans to correspond with the latest Zwift game update.

iOS

Workout Mode changes:

• We’ve heard your frustrations with target watts or speed not being the same as the game during a warmup or cooldown — sorry about that! These workout blocks will now update accordingly and correctly. If in doubt, go by the game target and collect those stars.
• Have you ever done over-under intervals and wondered why ZC says “rest at 200W”? Unless you’re Jordan Rapp — our resident former pro-triathlete — that doesn’t sound like rest! Intervals are now a little smarter.
• Messages now display correctly during a run workout. Keep a lookout in ZC for helpful notes from the workout designer to keep you on track.
• Finally, running workouts imported from Training Peaks will now display correct speed targets.

Training Plan changes
• No need to fret about completing that workout at 2am, we’ve changed the wording to be more understandable.

Don’t forget to update Zwift on your preferred platform to get the benefits of these changes. Thank you for your continued support and feedback, Ride On!
