Why I may need to cheat..!

I am a new user and back to biking following a hip replacement. I tried Emily’s Short without doing the FTP, a big mistake on my part as it was way over my head. Doing an FTP this afternoon and then will try again.

I agree with you. I’m 60yo and I zwift to sweat and not stress myself if guys around me are cheating or not. It took me over 2 hours to climbed alpe du zwift and I did it 3X and I sweat really good and that’s all that matters to me. Don’t waste your [not you] time cheating it’s not good for your health.

I think the with being on a bicycle, the number one question, above all else, is are you enjoying your ride? Zwift don’t matter, the opinion of others doesn’t matter. If you are having to grind and hate everytime you ride, then you will become discouraged and quit. Do what you feel you need to do until you are comfortable in the saddle.

Chasing a cheater will only makes you better than the cheater
