What time in the morning does training plan ride unlock?

I’ve just started a training plan. My next session becomes available on Thursday morning. What time in the morning will it unlock / become available? Thank you

The guest world switchover happens at 21:00 Los Angeles time (PDT) which is UTC-7 hrs. So probably then.
