As W/Kg is a key figure during group ride, the value should be hilighted (top left corner of the screen) with red/amber/green color according to the threshold decided by the group leader.
I find the w/kg numbers in the rider list too small and agree these should be more prominent.
The answer is that there should be different Head Up Display configs you could choose in settings.
Others that would be very useful are one that remove all the scoreboards just leaving the top left and top right and one to remove all screen data so you can just enjoy a ride without any distractions.
