I’m running Zwift on my mac and managed to disable the theme music but please can you add a volume control to the app.
If I want to run a Podcast, music or book through the mac whilst riding then the background sound effects of the app are too much.

Also, I suspect the Mac OS has a volume mixer control that allows you the control you want over any application. Just turn down the Zwift source. The PC/Windows has this. Well, a Google search says that OS X does not include a volume mixer. There are paid alternatives, such as How to control your Mac’s volume, app by app. And at least one free app in development: Background Music, a macOS audio utility: automatically pause your music, set individual apps’ volumes and record system audio.
