Use Garmin watch with Zwift

Hi, I am brand new to Zwift. I use a treadmill that does not have Bluetooth and I am wondering if I can use my Garmin watch to provide my info to Zwift. I am very interested in this program and trying to find the best way to access it at the lowest cost. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Joni,
just get the cheapest Zwift pod for your shoe and this is almost it.
You could also transmit your heart rate from the Garmin watch (depends on the watch) through Ant + (I am using it with cycling).
Well you need also a cell. phone, tablet or PC for the game itself.
