My credit card expiration date is changing, so I tried to update the information. When I attempt to log into myzwift, my screen shows a pulsing orange disk that never clears. I thought that I had perhaps forgotten the password. When I tried to change that, I received a notice that my email address is unrecognized. I can still run Zwift. I pay monthly directly to Zwift with an automatic credit card deduction. I do not use Apple iTunes.
Have you tried a different browser. Works fine when I use Chrome.
Thanks @Paul_Allen. I was able to log in with both the Opera browser and Microsoft Edge. I went back to my usual Chrome browser and tried multiple times without success. I tried logging out and logging back in. I tried turning off my ad blockers. Finally, I tried Chrome on a different computer. Success! So Chrome on one computer has some sort of problem. I am stopping here. Thanks for the help Paul1
