I have used Zwift on and off for a number of years without really getting the full benefits from it. I haven’t got a clue how to set training plans and all I know how to do is join a location that is there when I start the app.
Anyway, what I’m after help with (if it’s even possible to do) is to set up a training plan that will focus on getting my leg strength up in readiness for a skiing trip in March, is this possible?
