Training - Change "week" length

The training plans are great, but I want to customise the length of a “week”. I participate in triathlon, so there is no way I can do 5 Zwift rides in 7 days and include regular running, swimming workouts plus a full time job. Please provide the ability to allow a user to customise the length of a week, or don’t remove workouts from previous weeks so I can do all or most of the.
