Fine make it a user option to show it but make the default option to have it shown. You would have to question anyone that then changes that default option to NOT to show it right ? There is only one reason you are not willing to show your rider weight.

Not everyone races, why should they show their weight? It can still be totally false too, it really doesn’t solve anything. We just have to accept that some people will falsely enter their weight, but hopefully most people are honest.
