Just wondering how I can change the resistance in zwift for a 17% grade it’s too hard for me right now and I keep getting kicked out of the program
Two separate issues here…
- You can change your gears to make climbing easier. If your gearing is insufficient, then in the Zwift settings, you can lower the default from 50% to something that will allow for your gearing to be sufficient. Think of this setting as a virtual cassette (gearing). You will still have to do the same amount of work to get up the hill no matter what this setting is set to. Again, virtual cassette!
