Can you switch the times for Range 1 & 2? Currently if your score is >650 you have two options at one hour (Range 2 and advanced) and no options the next hour. Currently the advanced pen will be getting some eligible people entering the range 2 at pretty much the same time whereas if you switch range 1 and 2 it would get more entries.
Any details about the routes?
Race, time trial or points?
They’ll all be scratch races. Expect one flatter/rolling 20km stage, something shorter but mostly uphill, and a longer stage to finish on.
That sounds guess work.
I was actually asking James, I think.
Maybe each stage is Bigfoot, Nessie, and Yeti. The winner gets to be the Scotty mascot in France this August.
What do you expect until the media embargo is over? no one from ZHQ will say anything.
Changing my predictions because I realized this is all new routes and none of them really go uphill. Stage 1 will be an iTT on the super short route. Then a 20km route, then a longer one.
They definitely need something to talk about in two weeks. Unless the Tiny races have something magnificent; we’ll all be watching the UCI finals.
(I would love if we could use the downhill starting pens on the Alp and Ventoux, but Eric says they are still off limits. Why?)
The downhill starting pens have nothing to go with them. Give people a 10km+ downhill start, you’d need to have a Col de la Madeleine and Col du Glandon following it in the route, along with an ADZ style finish of the race.
That would be around 4500m elevation gain with some significant flat sections in between the hills. Just to make it exciting! Riders of all types manage that in real life.
How would that be “a tiny race”? It has to be completed under 15 minutes.
Or do you mean the November six day race? 3 races in six days is only in New York.
Downhill 10km from ADZ or from Ventop really shouldn’t be a tiny race!
Or are you not suggesting that downhill Ventop should be a “tiny” race? It was hard to tell from your post, which I have quoted the relevant part of.
Huez is less than 10 minutes easily. Besides, tiny races usually have custom finish lines.
Are upgraded Bromptons going to be allowed for the racing series that starts on 17th November, or are we going to have a level playing field of neutralised Bromptons, solely dependent upon our power and drafting abilities?
Level 10 and 600k drops needed to buy the virtual folding bike, available now in latest game update, before any upgrades.
I was told updates apply to the races. It would be worthwhile to get the first upgrade if you can manage 100 km this week.
NYC SHOWDOWN GC
Every second counts. The NYC Showdown GC tracks your time across each stage and your overall standing. Race once—or hit it again to climb the ranks. Chase the pack, close the gaps, and see how you stack up when the city’s done racing.

Isn’t that the MAAP series? I love the after party routes. Will pass on the portal, though it will be interesting to see if the bugs have been worked out.
Looks like the Maap series is only group rides this year
Yes I think that’s right but I’ll probably treat them like races since it’s almost impossible to find a race on a route like that at a time that’s convenient and sufficient field, so can’t pass up the opportunity
