Add ability to reset personal bests in case of issues with zwift or trainer.
Currently this is handled via a support interaction (emailing zwiftpower@zwift.com). Part of the reason for mediating these changes through support is that resetting personal bests or removing rides from the PR data also affects a rider’s racing category, which means doing it on demand would enable sandbagging in races. For people who never race this doesn’t matter at all, but there would have to be some safeguards built in such as preventing a category downgrade for 90 days.
