Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift Experience [April 2025]

Zwift is the title sponsor for the Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift, and this year, we are bringing you a fun-filled weekend showcasing the longest new routes in France. We are also giving shorter options to help tick off progress with the newest “Hell of a Route Chaser” Challenge.

Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift is a one-day race dominated by abundant cobbled sectors in Northern France. These rough roads are one of the reasons the race earned its nickname “Hell of the North.‘’ Rain or shine, this is a race that demands grit, strength, strategy, and endurance from all the women who take it on.

This year, we bring you the Paris-Rouibax Femmes avec Zwift experience! The Paris-Roubaix Femmes avec Zwift Experience starts April 11, 2025, at 08:00 UTC and finishes on April 14, 2025, at 08:00 UTC.

I like the update and new routes. I think it adds a lot to the France map. A couple of things that make it feel a bit off;

  • having wide cobble roads
  • having people ride both directions on them
  • keeping the same pack dynamics (easy to bump and pass)

It would be more immersive if all/any of these occurred.

A more subjective list

  • variable rolling resistance by speed
  • variable rolling resistance by left right position

Overall this update really improved France

I have been saying for years now that every July we should get a women’s Tour route added. This is a pleasant start. Let’s keep it going every April and July!!!

This weekend’s WTF events were great. I wish the events had been scheduled for all of “Holy Week”. I know it’s focused on the PR sponsorship, but these rides were set up in the way they should have done Big Spin with short/medium/long options. Sacre Bleu is kind of a boring route, like Makuri Pretzel with a lot of roads repeated forward+reverse, but it was nice to do it in a large group, and Knights of the Roundabout is a good route, having one medium climb.
