Haven’t used Zwift and Wahoo in a while. Went to log in and Zwift can’t find my Wahoo Snap. I’ve checked all the connections. Everything appears to be working, just can’t see my trainer, Garmin cadence or HR strap.
I took a look at your account - the last time you logged a ride, you were using an ANT+ dongle. The last couple of times you’ve logged in, Zwift didn’t detect an ANT+ dongle. I’d double check to make sure it’s plugged in; if it is, I’d try switching USB ports (if Windows lost the driver, reinserting the dongle should make Windows locate/reinstall it).
