It’d be great to be able to specify intervals for minimum power output, rather than a specific target output. For example, it’d be great to be able to say “Go 30 seconds as hard as possible, but at least x Watts”. That way, you wouldn’t “fail” your hard sprint efforts by going too hard.
In a custom workout, you can choose “Free ride” and add a text box to that effect. You can also add an average watts to appear to help you target above a specified minimum. But averages are best used with longer intervals. In a ‘free ride’ interval, you will always earn a star as long as you pedal the entire time.
