I have a wahoo kickr snap. I plan to buy the zwift play controllers.
Will it be possible to leave the chain in a fixed position on one of the sprockets and shift gears virtually with the levers?

I dont believe it is available for that version of Kickr - It is limited to the Kickr v6 (I think)
No. Only Kickr v6 and Kickr Core currently.
