Ineos Training Camp - The Carapaz

Hi all, my first post - and it’s about “The Carapaz”, a very nice training from the INEOS Training Camp. I finished it on the very first day it was available, and now I am wondering how the pros adapt it to their abilities.

I mean, the Zwift training is 2x4reps - probably not enough for really ambitious riders, more to “pick everyone up”. But, how do the pros adapt? Sure, they run harder efforts than we (at least I) do, but do they extend the time within the intervals? Or does it make more sense to go 4x4reps instead of 2x4reps?
