Hello. I have the routes in Glacier National park sent to me via Trek Travel. They are on ride with GPS. I want to download onto my Garmin and then onto zwift to pratice them. Any step by step suggestions

Welcome to the forum.
You cant create your own routes in Zwift. You can make a workout to simulate the profile using this Convert GPX file to Zwift workout | What's on Zwift?
Or you can use your Garmin to control your trainer if it is compatible.
