Controlled Training Course at 0%

Hi Folks.

I’m new to Zwift and I’m looking to setup a training session where the incline can be controlled. For instance 90 minutes at 0%, or 90 minutes at 1%.

All advice appreciated.


Set the trainer difficulty to 0% and you have 0% incline for as long as you want :wink:

Hi Juice, Welkom to Zwift.

You can create a 90min workout at the same wattage.

Or you can create a free ride workout and then you can change the resistance using the on screen arrow buttons or the + - on your keyboard.
