Please submit a support ticket and include all your log files from your Documents\Zwift\Logs folder. We can take a look at them and see what might be causing Zwift to exit.
Just got at Wahoo KICKR and was recommended Zwift software. However it crashes/freezes my iMac at every launch. I get to the blue ANT+Support screen and then i disapears the Zwift music is playing but the Mac desktop is still shown - and the iMac is frozen. I can move the mouse but nothing happens when I click or logout. I need to make a “Power button” restart.
This has been happening to me for the past few months. I’ve submitted a ticked but they haven’t fixed it. The issue for me at least is the app is trying to connect to amazon web services for which it can’t and then the app crashes.
