Can you please add a 200mile (double Century) training plan.

There is one thing you can do in meantime though, you can create your own training plans or perhaps repeat or extend late stages of the current training plan.

As a general rule of thumb though, ultra-cycling distances simply come down to raking in the increasing weekly mileage. Questionable whether an indoor trainer is the most ideal location to ultimately end up riding 200 miles though. For a company such as Zwift the number of people actually engaging in something like that will be very, very limited :-).
