World track and field does not offer categories based on power, which in Zwift is more reliably known than age. Personally I really enjoy beating younger riders in my power based category, or just being the best 50+ in the results. As a 50+ rider the competitive level in my age group is even wider than the power categories.
There are quite a few existing feature requests related to age groups. I suggest voting for the ones you like by clicking the Vote button at the top. You are far from alone in wanting this.
