200 FTP after completing ZA 2020

Hi, I’m new to Zwift and returning to cycling after an injury kept me off my bike for almost a year. My first FTP test, about 6 weeks ago was a 132. Since then I’ve been working through the ZA workouts, rides and races and knew I was getting stronger. Twice I think after a ride a message popped up about Zwift detecting an FTP increase, but I didn’t really pay much attention. After completing my last ZA ride I went into the ZA dashboard to confirm I’d met all the requirements, it showed my FTP at 200!!! I’m mostly certain that’s not correct as I just now tried a workout using that FTP as the basis and I couldn’t complete it.

Any ideas where the 200 came from?

Thanks,

Jim Cunningham

Zwift looks at your rides and calculates your FTP as 95% of your best 20 minute power. So somewhere you may have recorded 210watts for 20 minutes.

Thanks Mike!
