Discovered cycling in the summer of 2017 following a drunken “we should do Ventoux” conversation. Tipping the scales at over 120kg the first job was to shed weight. I was Sherpa (hence the name) that trip and didn’t make it up Ventoux (I got from Sault to Chalet Reynard) but in the 2019 return trip I did the Bedoin and Malaucene ascents in a day. 2020 goals were surviving a training camp in Mallorca, l’Etape, and completing Ventoux Cingles… obviously that went pear shaped so im retooling around Zwift for a bit. Cingles can wait.
