ZwiftPower won't recognize my race

Hello guys,

I registered on Zwiftpower a few days ago and noticed that it shows one less race than I have done. I can find both my races on the Activity tab, but the first one is not clickable.

I found the event, but I’m not listed in the category I raced. ID: 5129317

I can search it in the companion app, that I finished with a time of 28:01. I tried the “Data incorrect? Request an update” link, but not much happened since.

What should I do to make me appear on the list and the race to be counted on my profile?

Hi,

Were you registered for zwiftpower before the race?

If not then i’m afraid the results wont pull through it only starts from when you enable sharing from zwift

Might get added to profile if OP clicks zwiftpower race in question and clicks request a quicker update?

I registered shortly after my second race, on saturday evening, because I didn’t know about zwiftpower before that.

The race in question is already 7 weeks old… I was thinking, since it pulled all my activities and data seamlessly from zwift, it was some bug, that it couln’t link my activity with the race

I think that’s just too late. I have seen people join ZwiftPower very soon after a race and it gets pulled in.
