ZwiftPower Help?

What’s the best way to get help with a ZwiftPower technical issue?

What sort of technical issue?

Thanks guys. A rider on my team had a computer crash during a race. The activity shows in zwift.com My Feed but not at all on ZP.

Already checked the Live tab for the event? What about the Activities tab on their profile in ZwiftPower? (Only they would be able to see that)

It does show him on the Live tab, and on his Activities tab. But not under the Results tab.

Sort of daft question but on Live tab does he show at the very bottom as unfinished? If so he will be DNF in race results and won’t appear in ZwiftPower results.

If Zwift crashed during the race then he didn’t finish and therefore got no result. Live would be all there is, so it doesn’t sound like there’s a ZwiftPower problem here, but if he wants to talk about improving stability we could go there if details are available about the computer, or a log report from trainerdx.com.

We understand what went wrong on his end….. :grin:
