HI - I have been having the same issues as many of you (but not in ERG) - this has occurred when I was riding with Wahoo v5 firmware 4.2.1 - and Zwift told me to upgrade my firmware to the latest - so I did that - which did nothing - it still feels like the resistance at 0% grade is too high - and then resistance randomly gets harder on negative grades or easier on climbs. I am running off Apple TV. I deleted and refreshed all of my apps. I connected directly to zwift and through the companion bridge - problem was the same in both. Anyone have any other ideas? Zwift technicians have gone silent on me.
