Hi folks, suffered the “Zwift white box” on start-up today.
As suggested from a post I found on the internet, creating a new user profile solved the issue.
I would suggest this process works if you know a new user profile solves your issue.
If a new user profile works, this proves the graphics card and graphics drivers are working fine with Zwift.
Although this solution is quicker than reinstalling Windows, there may be reasons why you may not want to create a new user profile.
Instead I fixed the issue using the following process.
-
Un-install Zwift and reboot the PC.
-
Delete the following 4 “Zwift” folders:-
i) C:\Users\JohnSmith\AppData\Local\Zwift - where “JohnSmith” is your login /username.
ii) C:\Users\JohnSmith\AppData\Local\Temp\Zwift
iii) C:\Program Files (x86)\Zwift
iv) C:\Users\carls\Documents\Zwift
-
Reboot PC.
-
Re-install Zwift application.
Hopefully this will work for you, it sorted my issue first time.
