Zwift User Manual

(Al Clewley) #1

This surely must be on the to-do list!
I have read a few of the postings here and a lot are asking the same questions, ie how to “send messages”, achieve “power ups”, chane the view, take a snapshot etc, etc.
A basic User Manual on Zwift.com would save a lot of repetition!!

In lieu of the accompanying iOS app, has anyone tried Rowmote Pro or something similar to provide a keyboard/touchpad link from iPhone/iPad to Mac to provide easier access to the keyboard shortcuts?

It’s very much needed. A basic wiki page would take someone about an hour to knock out, and would be a great reference for the thousands of riders on the island every day.

A wiki page would be interesting and lift some of the burden off of the Zwift team.

+1 on that
Cheep wireless keyboard (logitech) to my macbook works fine too…

I’ve created an unofficial one at http://goo.gl/W8XeeX.

Input and edits are encouraged, invited, and welcome!

Wow, thanks Brian!

@Brain - I’ve put a link to your “cheat” sheet on the www.titaniumgeek.com Zwift review - thanks so much for the effort!
Its made things much clearer!

Brian,
Add to your manual that if the Wahoo Kickr stops responding and stays on a set resistance, then as long as you have a mobile device with an Ant+ key, you can reselect Sim mode within the Wahoo Utility.

Hi all, I’ve just updated the fan manual over at TitaniumGeek - mainly reflecting the changes that have come about now that we can chose the direction of travel, and the new settings menu

As ever comments/corrections are welcomed
