During the stage 4 event I cannot see riders nearby list but they can see me. It only happens in this event on NY new route, and everything worked fine when I jumped into events on Watopia or other maps. I have my friend checked and he can see my in nearby
list
I saw this reported by an Apple TV user on Facebook recently
I tested again and it only happens on my iPad when I ride on NY expansion route.
There were some runners complaining about a similar issue during the first Prospect Park run yesterday. I’m not sure what they were using to connect, but I could see them and all other runners on my PC.
I’ve just done the Greenway ride there had the same thing happened throughout. Sometimes a full list, sometimes just me. I don’t know how it works anyway as I tend to move all over the list anyway. I use my iPad 9th gen & it happens in every route I do so I just thought it was normal.
I had the same issue on the B ride yesterday. A ride today was working as usual.

I have ridden both The Greenway & Spinfinity NY routes in the Unlocked challenge (Stage 4). In both rides, a day apart, my leaderboard does not show. The leaderboard does show when I ride the other worlds. I am using Zwift 1.100.0 (Apple TV) and ZC 3.75.2

UPDATE:
This should be fixed in Zwift Unlocked events in NYC routes moving forward. We twiddled a few knobs on the server so it should not require a game patch.
If y’alls do another Unlocked event in NYC, please loop back and let us know if this has solved it (or not). Either way, your report will help others!
Just to confirm I’ve had this issue on Tuesday, as well as disappearing riders and again today whilst doing the Zwift Unlocked event on The Greenway. However no disappearing riders just no leaderboard

When other avatars disappear and you’re left alone in the world, that’s usually a sign of you getting disconnected from the server. The Riders Nearby will also vanish as a knock-on effect. This Support article covers how you can troubleshoot those causes.
This part and @AlexM370 report sounds like this bug hasn’t been squashed fully. We’ll look into it.

Hi @John_Zwift on that ride specifically the riders nearby on the leader board were gone for the entire ride but I was riding on Prospect park, where this issue seems to be always present, meaning nearby riders never appear on the leader board.
During the Unlock “A” event I did, I notice that riders nearby would appear in specific points of the course, on the subways, exiting them if not mistaken, they would remain there for a while and then disappear again, I also notice that the Mini Map, did not show the Course profile but segments of the course.

I did two rides today, Double Parked and Green to Screen. Both routes had the issue with the leaderboard. However on Double Parked when I entered Central Park the leaderboard started working, on exiting Central Park leaderboard disappeared. So for me it’s clearly an issue with the new routes.
Yeah this is being reported by Apple TV users in the Unlocked rides on NY routes. Lots of it in the chat in my ride yesterday, long after they twiddled the knobs as mentioned above
Leaderboard problem still present. Did the Spinfinity ultra today and only saw my name in the nearby list.
I did the Double Boroughs race today and the leaderboard was working for me today. So it seems to be fixed for Apple TV.
Today I did Stay Puft Pursuit and The Double Borough. The Pursuit started with a leaderboard but that disapeared after 5 minutes. Double Borough started without leaderboard (only my name) but after about half an hour it was there. I don’t think everything was right: sometimes I was at the bottom, sometimes at the top and when I was sort of in te middle I was passed by or passing riders that were behind or in front of me 50 seconds or more. And at the end I was right behind someone who was not on the leaderboard at all. But: there was a leaderboard
