I want to send back my Wahoo-Kickr during the 30 day no hassle trial period.
I asked for a return label like recommended here via firstname.lastname@example.org: https://support.zwift.com/de/returning-an-item-B1xaGfMRQ … no response yet and the phone number is unknown, too: 1-855-GO-ZWIFT (469-9438) … is the country code missing?
Because the Item was sent to the EU a return label is not included and I tried to contact support via email@example.com. Only automated email response was returned… I tried to call too using the provided phone numbers on my dispatch note. +488004911771 is the phone number for the EU, but this phonenumber is unknown (!) +448081692498 is the phone number for the UK and no one is picking up the phone. The call ends instantly.
Maybe there is a lot going on at your side and you have a long queue of requests - I hope this is the case and everything will work out.
