Hi. Wondering if anyone has some science/physiology supported information around setting up my Zwift station. In particular what screen height relative to eye position (for a large 42 inch TV) is best to help maintain correct posture. Expect too high or too low would encourage neck/spine issues - which I want to avoid. Online searches have been unable to find this information. Thanks.
