Did two of the climb portal selections from the spring classics challenge, and it is still showing 0/8 completed. Any reason for this?
Are you starting your rides by selecting the cards in the challenge? That’s the only thing I can think of, it’s been working for me.
Yup that’s what I’m doing. Oddly enough it’s now showing 1/8 completed. Hopefully it’s just a strange error that works itself out.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Logging in to Zwift from two different devices at the same time will cause this symptom.
I looked at your server logs for clues, and it appears that you do your Zwifting on a Windows PC, is that right? I’m also seeing you log in to the game from an iPhone and iPad. To avoid problems caused by simultaneous logins - we strongly recommend you uninstall the main Zwift app from everything except your PC.
I am experiencing an issue with the new Zwift Springs Classic event. Yesterday I successfully completed a route and it showed my progress as 1/8 after the ride. Today I completed 3 more routes but neither of them appeared to progress my overall progress. It still shows as only 1/8 routes completed.
I’m having a similar issue. I have a checkmark on 4 routes on the spring classics but the completion rate is only 37% and the home screen only indicates 3/8 completed. I thought it was because I rode the route at 125% difficulty at first. I rode it again at 100% and although it shows a check mark as completed the xp meter didn’t update and it remains on 3/8.
I’m logged in via Apple TV with companion on iPhone. Completed two climbs but not showing on the completion screen.

I’m having the same issue. I’m logged in on a Windows PC and I only use this or another laptop I have but never at the same time. After starting Zwift I was able to complete and get credit for 3 of the routes. On the 4th, it shows completed with a check mark but the progress isn’t updated on the bar and I didn’t get the bonus xp. It’s also showing 3/8 completed on the home screen instead of 4/8.
Update: When logging back in to grab some screenshots it’s been updated to 4/8 on the home screen and on the progress bar. I haven’t actually gotten the 2nd bonus xp though and I’m still 119 xp away from leveling up.
Two questions:
Did the green banner of accomplishment appear when you reached the top of the climb?
Which particular portal climb did you ride that did not show credit for?
Same questions if you can answer as well.
Just to verify also, was the climb in France or did you land on Watopia portal climb?
The green banner did not appear at the top of the 4th climb. It appeared on all others. I was doing the Oude Kwaremont. It now shows credit upon logging back in but I didn’t get the bonus xp.
Update, I was able to email support and they credited the routes that I finished. Updated Zwift on PC to latest version and all the routes after worked fine.
Unsure about the green banner. I did complete the route from the beginning of the portal all the way through to the top when I got the completion of climb with the climb-specific stats. I even rode one of the route down to the bottom back out of the portal to check to see if that was the issue.
The routes that did Poggio, Oude Kwaremont, Koppenberg.
I did start the route from the event screen and it was the portal climb.
Used the event portal in game from spring classics so it was in France. I didn’t get any green banners. I appeared to have gotten retro active credit this morning for two of them - Cauberg and cote de la redoute but not for Paterberg. I also am unsure if I got the XP bonus retroactively. I did cipressa this morning and got credit but no green banners
I rode Cipressa, Poggio, and Kwaremont last night…Received credit for the first two but not the Kwaremont. I rode all back down (easy KMs). I was hallucinating so did not notice the if the banner showed or not.
Update…checked my Zwift history on Zwift.com and it is showing the ride. In game does not show completed. The Bot has escalated to Zwift Support.
Hey all - following up on this issue.
During a ~90 minute period yesterday, we had a back-end issue that resulted in some Zwifters missing game progress and XP. Your reports appear to be from that period.
We are working to restore the missing progress and XP, and will update on this thread as news develops.
