Sony Xperia Z5 Premium - official Zwift RunPod is detected and paired in OS settings, but is not found in the Zwift app. Can I please have some indication when this will be fixed?
I’m sorry that you’re having some pairing issues with your Android and the RunPod.
Since you mentioned the RunPod is detected and paired in OS settings, please make sure that the Pod isn’t already paired directly to the phone. All pairing must be done in the pairing screen in Zwift in order for it to find the Pod.
