Strava never gets GPS from a Zwift ride, so it files every single one on the same island in the Solomon Islands. Years of Watopia, apparently all ridden on one tiny Pacific island.
Mythic Maps fixes that. It spots a Zwift ride and swaps the cover image for your actual route, drawn on the real map of the world you rode, in 2D or 3D with terrain. It touches nothing else: route, time, power and PRs stay exactly as they were. And you only set it up once. Connect Strava, leave it on, and every ride from then on gets its map by itself, with no app to open and nothing to remember.
If you’re thinking of ZwiftMap for Strava: different tool, and still the one for browsing routes. That draws the map in your own browser, so only you ever see it. Ours puts the photo on the activity itself, so it’s there for everyone, including anyone looking at your ride on their phone.
